This division is for dancers who want to experience both the technical and the performance aspects of dance. These dancers are dedicated and hard working but do not need to commit as much time to dance as the professional division.

• Enhancing the love and passion for dance in its entirety
• Expanding and polishing the dancers' movement vocabulary

Opportunities

• Performing at assorted local arts/entertainment events
• Performing repertory choreography at a selection of local competitions
• Performing repertory choreography at the annual presentation of Dance Vancouver
• Can take part in the spring performance workshop to learn choreography to perform at the annual presentation of Dance Vancouver
• Assorted optional national and international opportunities
