Trisha Sinosich-Arciaga

Introduced to dance by her mother at just five years old, Trisha Sinosich-Arciaga has dedicated her life to the art of dance. Her training began in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. She attended the Alberta Ballet School and remembers her summer intensive experiences at The Banff Centre School of Fine Arts fondly. A devoted student, she completed all Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations by age 15—an exceptional achievement—and began teaching at just 16, launching a career that now spans more than 40 years.

A Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (RTS) and having completed her Advanced (ARAD), Trisha holds internationally recognized credentials that reflect the highest standards of ballet training, teaching, and artistic excellence. Throughout her career, she has excelled as a performer, choreographer, ballet mistress, teacher, and Executive Producer of the Royal City Youth Ballet, where she spent more than 25 years helping to develop and inspire young dancers. She joined The Landing Dance Centre in 2019 as Ballet Director, bringing with her decades of artistic and educational leadership.

Her students have achieved success at the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), completed the prestigious RAD Solo Seal examination, performed with Disney and cruise ship productions, and gone on to professional dance careers. Yet Miss Trisha measures success not only by accolades, but by the quiet moments when a child discovers confidence, courage, and a lifelong love of dance.

Passionate about nurturing strong, musical, and confident dancers, Miss Trisha believes every student deserves to feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Through her experience, compassion, and unwavering commitment to excellence, she continues to shape not only exceptional dancers, but future supporters and ambassadors of the dance community, ensuring that a love and appreciation for dance continues for generations to come.
